The most fun part of writing your own Greek Mythology YA Series?
Coming up with the Slurs and Slang that the Gods and Titans used.
The fun references that only come from writing in this time period.
Disappearing into a world long forgot and making it real again!
Inserting a unique new character that will forever change
how the world looks at Greek Mythology!
Oh yeah... having a Female MC who would have brought about
women empowerment in the1200's (B.C.)
If she had rightfully been put into the History Books or what we call Myths.
Knowing that there is a possibility that I am on the 'Brink' of something Genius is just an added bonus. Sometimes I wonder if this is how Tolkien felt when he wrote Lord of the Rings or J.K. Rowling as she was writing Harry Potter. Or George RR Martin for the Game of Thrones (for a more recent example of success). No, I do not have a right to compare my book series to these greats, as the books are not in their completed stages and do not have an audience yet. But, I can dream. Dream of the day my book series is listed off within the same breath as these greats. Besides I have books 1-3 written and 4-7 (or eight depending on how I break the series up) outlined. Besides I am only 27. (idea originated when I was 24) I figure I have at least until age 32 to get my name out there. (that is how old Walt Disney was when he did Snow White).

I am going to place the Prologue for lack of a better word here on my site. (once I figure out how to do that.) If it garners enough interest then I will put it on Kindle. But only for a Month. Who is ready for the next great book series? Stay Tuned!
I am a fairytale writer of children's books and young adult novels. At the moment I have self published through my own publishing company. Remnants Publishing. Unmasked is my first long short fairytale. Polarbe's Hibernation is our children's book. And there is plenty more on the way.
