These Images are all images that I found after I had written 15 thousand words in my upcoming release, The Mask: an Imprint by K A Petentler. All of these images seemed to inspire me to continue writing at a point when I got stuck. Not the normal images that you would suspect for a mermaid story? Or are they?
When writing a new story that will stick with people, what I like to call an Imprint, details are important. A ball has to be magical and beautiful, but keep the story going. A first kiss has to make you love a person so much you never want to let them go. All of which has to keep propelling a story forward. These details have finally been Ironed out, and now all I have left to do is finish the story.
So as I work diligently to piece my debut Imprint together and start in on my editing (now that I have everything coming together rather quickly), I wanted to leave you with a little more inspiration and insight into my characters as well as a sneak peek at the fashion in the ballroom.

P.S. Stay tuned for a preview of our new children's book- here is a hint it is going to be about a flightless bird who may or may not be able to fly by the end of the book. All about finding a way to make your dreams come true.
I am a fairytale writer of children's books and young adult novels. At the moment I have self published through my own publishing company. Remnants Publishing. Unmasked is my first long short fairytale. Polarbe's Hibernation is our children's book. And there is plenty more on the way.
